So. The Crucial Point in Renovation.
1. How to reach  the "WOW" effect? :-
2. What is it for English buyers/investors (exept price ) I mean any features, design details...
3. Which detail in property/design can dazzle or have dazzled u?
4. Any ideas for free?

Is it a gadget...??

I think you need a lot more than gadgets to get a wow factor. Something like an amazing view from an open plan kitchen/diner shown through a huge window is something that makes me go "WOW"

I guess a 'wow' factor is to make the house to its full potential.. whether its big or small .
But for me a 'WOW' factor is the attention to detail ... so that everything is at a really high standard.

I think gadgets are good for a large house ... but they do come at a price. I think the thing to spend time on is layout, light , space and flow of a house.

Hitlers Eagles nest, now although brought with filth, still has the WOW factor.

I agree it is pretty wow .. but unnerving at the same time.

Unfortunately it takes a lot for me to go "Wow!" - no comments please.

I say attention to detail and quality, although space and light is very important.

I have eyes like a hawk so can spot things I don't like a mile off so it's a case of - "It's nice but look at how crap the blah blah looks".

Also, for me, a very clean and well presented house. Clean windows make a massive difference... ok enough!

But for me a 'WOW' factor is the attention to detail ... so that everything is at a really high standard.

I think it is a design trick  - to get a high standart look for less.... I know plenty of them: for example - systainable design!!!!

I agree mr F, brought with blood, but if it wasnt the place, the situ and the veiws are great dont you think.

My Dear child, Foreigner.

Now lets see what i can do for you here my Dear.  Ok maybe clean endless straight lines where they shouldnt be, may add some WOW.

But My Dear, what i have found very very very WOW WOW WOW WOW, in the past, is having four naked young men clean my house for me on a daily basis.  This is much fun after i have rich tea crumbs on the floor in front of me, they got one of these:  on their tight bums.
My Dear little one, i really do hope this helps you in your quest to find to WOW.

God I hate cleaning windows, how are you supposed to reach I really dont know. They should be able to clean themselves hopefully in the future.

I cleaned a lot of windows today, although being new builds there are the ones you can do from the inside.

For a reasonable price, I'll come and clean yours Fee!

haha its ok I have a built-in house fiancee for that.
