could anyone tell me if repairing and maintaining a garage door is the landlords responsibility? the door is electric but is broken so I have been having to lift it manually since I moved in just over a year ago landlord is aware and instructed me to do so over time the door has become really hard to lift and now jams shut so cant get my car in and out and as this is the only way to access to ginnel that leads to the back of my house im abit stuck really, landlord has been made aware of the jamming shut situation he comes out has a look at it then goes saying its me that's broken it
