Ive looked everywhere for this damn answer and noone seems to actually know when can you wallpaper over a newly plastered wall .

Ive just finished my second coat .. and I still have a 3rd to do in silk ... but im wallpaping the alcoves ... which im not going to paint in silk .. so its just a white wash of 3:1 and then I left it for two weeks and then one coat of emulsion .

The wall seems to be fine and not peeling ... but I was wanting to wallpaper it next sunday .
But im not sure if it will take .. then ive just bodged up half a roll of wallpaper .

So maybe I should do it after christmas ... but im not even sure thats long enough .

Does anyone have plastered walls ... or know the answer .
Pleaseeeeeeeeeeeeee.

hey 3 days or untill all the paint is totaly dry.  If you are unsure you could always put a stip up the day before just to test the water ! x
