First things first. Look for a roofer !

Man, leaks are the worst!! There's a leak in my conservatory that needs looking at, i've put it off for years though.

On inspection the whole extension roof needs to be ripped off and put right.  I dont mind this cos i wanted to get new plastic slate looking tiles on there anyway, at the same time i can do my guttering change the tiles on the porch and office and give the facias a clean, job done.

how much would you pay for 312 sq foot of tiling. not the kit just on labour.  I was thinking about 2k, any other offers !

Is it really that much for labour?

it depends on what you define as kit

scafolding is the most expensive, the tiles, felt, battans, cappings ridge tiles would be £600 - £750 lead about £110 per role, labour about £800, scafolding about £1200 on a standard house.
