Tenant was granted 60 day breathing space after high court enforcement officers served a 14 day notice of possession after obtaining writ. I have not asked enforcement to pursue debt, simply evict. They are now saying they cannot evict until the 60 days are up. They have also said possession court order does not state Section 21 was used. However, I have all the paperwork to prove I used the section 21 route. What can I do as this is frustrating and the tenants are in over 11k debt. I need my property back asap.
