Hi, does anyone have a recommendation for landlord's property insurance? Thanks

My recommendation is NOT to go with Simply Business or Covea. I did, and bitterly regretted it. I took the insurance with Covea and they are underwritten by SB ( or simply bulls..t as I came to call them). After a catastrophic leak and much back and forth with me providing all the photos, reports,invoices etc they told me 6 weeks in I'd get nothing because internal downpipes were not covered ( that info was buried in page 26 of the schedule, I kid you not). In the immortal worlds of Michael Winner, you buy cheap you buy twice. I'm with Direct Line now, I made sure to check that all pipes were covered.
