My tenant moved in 2months ago, and has had problems paying his rent, ive given him far too many chances. i only just discovered that he;s rented out my apartment to someone else, for a higher price with all bills inclusive inc council tax... im trying to track him down , but its going to be hard, as ive found out he;s out of the country and will be for a while..

any advice, what can i do and what should i do..

Are you being paid? If not, have you seen the tenancy agreement? Have you seen it anyway? Will the new guy pay you direct? Does it state in tenancy agreement that the lessor or lessee has the right to let the property?
