I see that this sad forum nuisance has changed his name from the above to Manjhit something- or- other, and now posts on Landlord Zone.  He has hooked one of our team on there a couple of times, this time seeking advice on who gets the refund for money made from solar panels. 

Interesting. Why do you suspect / how do you know it's the same person?

When someone on here spotted him some weeks back, he took the query ( asking for advice as a " new landlord" ) word for word over to LZ, using this new name.

Thanks, I hadn't spotted that (flitting between forums as I do), but that's "home" and I'll have a look.
