can anyone help, I have a tenant who wishes to provide me with a guarentor online instead of physically signing a document.

I don't mind, I just need to know if this will stand up in court if things go a bit tits up?!

The guarentor's works full time, seems to have plently of income.

Why cant the guarentor actually sign for it and post it back to you or the tenant ?

Guarantor online? What does that even mean? She's only obtainable via the Internet?
