Hi,

I am a new landlord and am just putting my first tenent into my property and would lke to know

do I need to list every member of the family that is moving into my property ?

it is a family of 6, 2 adults 4 children.

I have the adults names on the tenancy agreement but do I need to list the childrens names as "authorised occupier"

any advice would be gratefully received.

Authorised occupiers is not something I have seen before other than relating to the tenant but I would guess it may refer to subletting
