Evening everyone
After all the lovely responses and help regarding our very difficult landlord, we sent a letter regarding the deposit not being protected from a solicitor. This was ignored.

Since then we have filled in and sent off the court forms.

Does anyone have any idea how long the process can take and what happens next?

Out of interest, did you offer a settlement amount in the letter?

Shes hoping it goes away !!
The letter went off explaining the facts and suggested she contact us to reach an agreement but nothing came back
