Hi all-

Just wanted to ask for any sort of advice regarding a query I have-

I'm letting my BTL properties to a guaranteed rent company who will then sublet as HMOs

I know that there is no rent guarantee insurance options for this, but is there any layer of protection similar to RGI incase the company does not pay us for any reason etc?

Any help / advice would be greatly appreciated

Are the properties set up as HMOs?
