Hi! I'm working with a company that bundles utility bills and lets to share them equally between all tenants, so everyone is responsible for their share.

So to sum up: no setting up bills hassle for tenants, one point of contact for all bills apart from council tax, and no risk of overdue payments with the provider change.

As for landlords - is that a service that would bring value to you? If we give a bonus to the landlord who would successfully recommend the service, would you be interested in recommending it?

Equally or proportionally?
