How often should you visit a property? I have been doing one at 3 months and then every 6 months after that. What is the industry standard?

Somewhere between every hour and never I would suggest.

If you are an Agent, and charging, as often as you can get away with it.

I would like to see it after a week a month and three months, then at 9 months, then 21 months, 36 months, 54 months.. provided I was happy each time.

If there were concerns I would increase this frequency.

Depends on if the tenants are PITA's and call me round for trivial things all the time.
