Hi all,

I want to take my tenant to small claims court, he owes about 2k in arrears.  Does anyone have a template for a pre action letter?  I've tried searching this site and forum but have come up with nothing.  I'm not going down the S8 route just yet as he sometimes pays, and want to exhaust this route first.

Just Google " Letter before action" ,there are loads of them. Put " Without prejudice" on the heading, and get the letter tracked.
