I've been using Alan Boswell rent protection insurance for years now & will not consider renting to someone who doesn't meet their criteria. It's been a life saver on 2 occasions.

I now want a home emergency policy that covers all my properties. So if heating / electrics go off or a water pipe bursts the tenants have an emergency number to call. Alan Boswell do one but charge £135 per property which works out quite pricey.

So wondering if anyone has any recommendations before I go a googling.
