Hi,any advice please tennant has a new boiler 18months old, has blocked the condesation pump previously by restricting airflow covering with clothes. Pump has now broken plumber states that it's due to the airflow being blocked again. Now need to replace the pump any advice on how to deal with this.

I can see clothes in the photo she has sent me again not directly over the pump but in the airing cupboard where the boiler and pump is. Have also asked plumber for options to remove the pump but not sure how big of a job. Any experience or advice appreciated. Thanks
