Me, yet again :)

My house is back on the "to let" market with an agent but is there anywhere else I could advertise it  to bring in a wider range of people?

Thanks :)

HI LL1977,

Just make sure your property is on Rightmove! That's the key in my opinion!

Following Rightmove, Zoopla and Gumtree (but be wary of many scammers)!

Here's a list of online letting agents...by far the best value for money for finding tenants these days, in my opinion..

Thanks, I will take a look at the link.  The house is on rightmove, but it's empty, and as you know, that's every landlords nightmare :)

Ha ha Boboff, I really do love  reading your replies to people.  But a bit confused as to the Easter egg hunt? Am I going to be gullible enough to believe that's a website for houses?

In all honesty you are better off not knowing!

But any way, I'll tell.

My Sister was coming down with her 4 year old for Easter, and I typed a message on Face Book to a friend.

"Sister down for Easter, Easter Egg Hunt"

Her reply

" That's nice, why are you calling her names"

I thought it was funny and it's stuck as a preferred term for a Landlord.....

See I told you!

My favorite place to advertise is in any free papers that get delivered in the area you are renting.

Next time it's available, give me a shout.  I do an advertising package for a listing on rightmove, zoopla, gumtree and primelocation.  Only 50 beans (not actual beans, i will need round English pounds)
