Hello everyone,

I hope you're all doing well! As a relatively new landlord, I'm navigating the challenges of managing my rental property, and I've encountered a situation that I'm hoping to get some advice on. A couple of months ago, I welcomed new tenants into one of my properties. While everything initially seemed fine, I've recently started noticing some signs that make me suspect they might be subletting the space without my permission.

I'd prefer to address the situation in a way that doesn't involve frequent visits to the property, as I want to respect their privacy while also protecting my investment. For those of you who've been landlords for a while, have you come across a similar situation? If so, what strategies or methods have you found effective for confirming suspicions of subletting without needing to physically visit the property too often?

I'd greatly appreciate any insights or tips you can share from your own experiences. Thank you in advance for your help!

How can one ban people who use different emails and user names?  This does sound like that little creep is back again.

You cannot ban people.

All you can do is ban this account so they can't post from it again. And, possibly depending on the forum software, blacklist the IP address, although this won't always stop them.

I'm a moderator on a couple of forums, so I'm used to this game of whack-a-mole.
