How much would you pay as a Landlord to find a potential Tenant - £30, £50, £100, £200, £400 etc?
Should it be a one off fee or commission on rent?

I cant tell you what I will pay for the box if you do not tell me what is inside!

I shop around. I compare prices but also the service. Sometimes people want good ol' fashioned service.

I have just left my agent who was cheap at £295 to find (credit check, sort paperwork, deposit, meter readings, agreements, viewings, adverts etc) because he was not good enough.

One off fee!!! I don't understand why letting agents base their pricing on commission because what extra work goes into finding tenants for a property that costs £500 pcm and £1000pcm? Probably none.
