Tenant rented house with garage. Moved out of house and rented garage with  a new 4 week contract. Told me she didn't want her stuff and I could get rid of it. I asked her to confirm that but now she wants to store her items for longer. I said no. Where do I stand legally with disposing of the items? It doesn't specify in the contract. I had to keep them for 2 weeks in original contract with the house.

Do I understand this correctly: she rented a garage to store her stuff, and now she's not paying rent but still wants you to store her stuff? I'd just keep billing her for the garage rent until she empties it.
