Sarah's Beeny's back with property ladder, only it's now called Property Snakes And Ladders, as developers grapple with a falling market in a quest for profit.

It kicked off last night (Tues 9th June). I didn't watch it, but plan on watching it tonight. Anyone catch it? Any thoughts?

Should be quite an interesting series considering the current climate.

More details about the show over on the channel 4 website.

Ive watched quite afew so far. However it is more snakes than ladders it seems, with most trying to sell. Failing. Then living in it themselves or renting it out. As this seems to be the only thing they can do.

Ive also found it hard this season to feel sorry for any of them! Because it is so so important  right now,to do it right and not cut corners and also stick as near to the budget as you can. They do all bar afew seem to make these errors. Im thinking its maybe just too much personal interest/money.As why would you want to make a quick buck in a recession or even think you can!

I'm watching it right now! God. Some people are so unrealistic!

I never feel sorry for these people, because they think development is so easy. Kind of ironic, because Property Ladder probably makes it look easier than it is. Ha.

The young couple from kent bought a listed building without knowing anything about development, which they openly admitted  ??? URGH!
Why would you take such big risks in a recession, when properties aren't shifting? They're also putting all thier money into it. GREAT!

Some people are completely nuts. Unless they've got cash, how do they get a mortgage on such dumps!

Ive watched absolutely afew so far. However it is added snakes than ladders it seems, with a lot of aggravating to sell. Failing. Then active in it themselves or renting it out. As this seems to be the alone affair they can do.

WTF does this entry even mean? I spent 2 minutes of my life trying to figure it out... it's like English is not your first language, but also like it absolutely is but you just don't care... or you're very, very drunk.
