I'm specifying flooring for a new build 3bed that will be rented out.

The plan is:

Bedrooms: carpet
Stair& landing: carpet
Bathroom, ensuite, & WC, kitchen: vinyl
Hall & Living room: LVT
Sound OK?

Trying to find the balance between capital cost and durability.

Sounds OK.
