I have had my property rented out as part furnished with curtains, blinds and white goods in place.

My tenant has just left having given notice and taken it upon himself to also take all of the fitted wooden venetian blinds, curtains and some white goods.

Before renting the blinds and white goods etc were all fitted when it was our home / main residence so were bought at expense.

My question is what is required / recommended for rental properties that are offered as part furnished?

It's a vague term,but I would expect fully carpeted,fridge/freezer,washing machine, cooker,curtains and blinds,and  possibly some seating like a  small sofa,and coffee table.I provide as little as possible,and never extra electrical appliances.
