Hi Brethren,
I have a portfolio of four spacious two-Bedrooms, two downstair, a large bathroom and a toilet and kitchen/ Three of them are Gas Central Heating, the backyard is paved, One is a sitting tenant old couple but they won't allow me to put in the GCH. All of them are double glazed. The bus stop is 200 Yards and the House Numbers will be given to view from outside. Long 999 years lease and the lease is so small that the owner doesn't want to collect it. I live far away and charge less rent than achievable. £450 p.m. with sitting tenant paying £70.00 a week, which could be £90.00 and above.

I wonder if you are responding to a post a couple of weeks back,from someone looking to buy portfolios? If so, you can respond on his post thread. Beware though, when Hippogriff challenged him to make clear what he was offering,we never heard from him again.What is the thing about house numbers by the way,"given to view from outside"? Don't get that.

I note that they are 'House Numbers' (not just plain old 'house numbers'), so they must very special in some way.
