Good afternoon all

I work for Action Housing.  We are a Housing Association and Registered Provider of Supported Accommodation.

We are currently in need of property in Mansfield, Nottinghamshire.  We are looking for studio flats (not HMOs), 1 or 2 bed houses or flats.
We have been successful with a government funding bid and so are offering:

- 3 year lease
- guaranteed rent for 3 years paid monthly in advance
- responsive repairs and maintenance
- weekly property checks
- annual gas safety checks
- renewal of EPC and EIRC if required during the lease
- tenancy management
- no void period to you as the owners
- ASB management
- full responsibility for any damages to the property

We also have a small renovation budget with the funding bid and so can carpet, decorate etc

I'm in need of 10 properties in total and at present we can also negotiate larger rent in advance such as 6 months.
