Good afternoon

I work for a charity and I am looking for property all over London, Kent, Suffolk.
We guar rent, tenant damage and do not require an hmo license as we are exempt.
It is a five year lease with an annual increase based on the CPI.
We will pay over the market rates to lease a house.

Please let me know if anyone has an interest and would like to discuss further.

Why not say which charity you represent?
